2024 Kiowa County Fair Parade Theme Contest
All Kiowa County Citizens are Eligible to Participate
The Kiowa County Commissioners are holding a Contest for the theme of the September 14, 2024 Fair Parade.
$50 Eads Shopping Bucks will be awarded to the Kiowa County Citizen who submits the winning parade theme.
Themes must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Friday May 10, 2024 to:
